5 in 1 Mix Seeds Salad Topping

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp Watermelon Seeds
2 cups Mixed Salad Vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, Onion)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Process:
Wash and chop all salad vegetables into a bowl.
Dry roast flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and watermelon seeds for 2–3 minutes.
Allow roasted seeds to cool slightly.
Add chia seeds to the roasted seed mix.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over salad.
Add salt and black pepper as seasoning.
Sprinkle roasted mixed seeds generously on top.
Toss lightly and serve fresh.
