Chia Coconut Dessert Cups

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Mango/Strawberries/Berries
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1 tbsp Mixed Nuts (almonds/cashews)
Mint Leaves for garnish (optional)
Process:
Add chia seeds and coconut milk into a bowl or jar.
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Add honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Stir thoroughly and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Stir again so chia seeds distribute evenly.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
Layer with fresh fruits and nuts before serving.
Garnish with coconut flakes and mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
