  • 1 cup soft dates (pitted)

  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

  • 1/4 cup Almonds

    1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process: Pulse dates in a food processor until a thick paste forms.

  2. Combine: Add flaxseed, walnuts, Almonds and cardamom. Pulse until the mixture holds together.

  3. Shape: Roll into 1-inch balls using your palms.

  4. Set: Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
