5-Minute Flaxseed Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup soft dates (pitted)
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Process: Pulse dates in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
Combine: Add flaxseed, walnuts, Almonds and cardamom. Pulse until the mixture holds together.
Shape: Roll into 1-inch balls using your palms.
Set: Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
