A cooling, protein-rich yogurt dish blended with roasted flax seeds for a healthy and refreshing everyday side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh curd/yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Roasted flaxseed powder

  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder

  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped cucumber

  • 1 -2 tbsp Water (optional for consistency)

  • As per taste- Black salt / regular salt

  • 1 small- Green chili (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk fresh curd until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add chopped cucumber, coriander, and green chili.

  3. Mix in roasted flaxseed powder and cumin powder.

  4. Add salt as per taste and combine well.

  5. Chill for 5 minutes and serve fresh.
